Position Open for Part-Time Youth Director

Rains Crossroads Original Free Will Baptist Church in Kenly, NC is prayerfully searching for a part-time Youth Director. This individual must be a born-again believer, able to share their testimony, encourage spiritual growth and adhere to the Articles of Faith of the Original Free Will Baptist. Moreover, this position will supervise youth programs, ensuring quality teaching, being a responsive support system, and providing a welcoming and joyful environment.

Rains Crossroads Original Free Will Baptist Church is located at 5430 Princeton-Kenly Road, Kenly NC. The church is part of the Original Free Will Baptist Denomination (Western Conference) and are proud to support its ministries and outreach through our prayers and giving. Additionally, we believe the Bible is the Word of God, prayer is essential in our daily walk of life, and living as Jesus with a testimony of love and respect to all people is essential.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

To qualify for this position, candidates must document that they possess all the following:

• Evident relationship and belief in God and the church.

• Demonstrated knowledge of teaching biblical based youth curriculum and evangelical studies.

• Experience in communication and interpersonal skills amongst youth in a church, school and community setting.

• Experience organizing and planning church events that directly impacts the youth.

• Experience recruiting, maintaining and working with church volunteers to enhance the youth program.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be a born-again believer and be willing to share your testimony.

• Adhere to the Articles of Faith of the Original Free Will Baptist.

• Knowledge of the Bible.

• A well-rounded Christian faith and the ability to articulate it to young people.

Salary is negotiable based on education and experience.
