Free Will Baptist Children’s Home is seeking  a Director of Church Ministry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Ministry or related field

• Have 3+ years’ experience

• Youth Ministry experience is a plus.

• Aspire to meet “at risk” youth where they are spiritually.

• Have a passionate love of Christ and a desire to share it with others.

Job Description:

• Prepare weekly youth worship services.

• Direct youth retreat.

• Participate in summer camp for youth.

• Develop meaningful relationships with youth and staff.
