Youth Pastor (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Pleasant Grove Original Free Will Baptist Church 1100 Pikeville Princeton Road, Pikeville, NC 27863

Pleasant Grove Original FWB Church is seeking a Youth Pastor to serve and lead youth of all ages. This individual will work under the supervision of the Senior Pastor to provide spiritual leadership, pastoral care, and oversight of the church’s youth ministry.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide vision and leadership for the youth ministry, fostering spiritual growth and discipleship

· Plan and lead youth activities, events, trips, and Youth Sundays with the support of volunteers

· Ensure biblical, age-appropriate curriculum is provided for all youth classes

· Build strong relationships with students and parents through regular communication and presence

· Serve as a Christ-centered role model within the church and community

· Encourage outreach, evangelism, and youth involvement in church life and partnerships with other churches

· Assist in preparing and presenting an annual youth budget

· Provide quarterly youth ministry reports at church business meetings

Qualifications:

· A clear calling to youth ministry and a strong knowledge of Scripture

· Demonstrated leadership, organization, communication, and relational skills

· Commitment to Christian morals, ethics, and the values of Pleasant Grove OFWB Church

· Willingness to serve as needed in the life of the church
